2.       Qualification: B.Tech ( 2015/ 2016 batch)

Core Responsibilities :

1. Administrative control at the branch
2. Cash Control and reconciliation
3. Ensuring 100% compliance and adherence to the operational processes at the branch
4. Responsible for customer Service
5. Ensuring service Performance Review with Customer once in a month
6. Day to day coordination and management of business partners.
7. Managing the team and ensuring productivity at the branch level
8. Responsible for Branch KPIs:
   1. DIFFOT (Delivery in full on time)
   2. Delivery efficiency
   3. No miss pick ups
   4. OTD/OTA (On time departure/arrival of vehicles)
   5. Feeder Capacity Utilization : should not be less than 60% 
   6. Complaint resolution

3.       Operations Associates : upto 1.8 lpa, only male candidates, can be posted anywhere in India, will be required for loading/unloading
